Annual Banquet & Fundraiser

FOOD + DRINK

We have a terrific menu being prepared for us by Hill Country Heritage Catering. It will include Texas-style entrees of beef brisket and Cajun smoked turkey breast, plus delicious sides and an irresistible dessert table that will feature oreo cheesecake, lemon bundt cake, and peach cobbler.

We'll kick off at 4 PM with drinks and appetizers. Dinner will be served at about 6 PM.

HILL COUNTRY BIG 5

$6,000 TABLE SPONSOR

These are the game animals that the Hill Country is known for: White Tail, Axis, Blackbuck, Aoudad, and Turkey.

Table sponsors at this level get eight dinner seats, a firearm giveaway, swag bags, $200 in raffle tickets, a personal Bar Runner, plus recognition at the event, in publications, and on a banner.

THREE AMIGOS

$2,500 TABLE SPONSOR

Known as 'the three amigos', Addax, Dama Gazelle, and Scimitar Horned Oryx are favorites with hunters.

Table sponsors at this level get eight dinner seats, a gift giveaway, swag bags, $100 in raffle tickets, one entry in the Exclusive Sportsman's Adventure Giveaway, a personal Bar Runner, plus recognition at the event and in publications.

TEXAS BIGHORN

$1,500 TABLE SPONSOR

Texas Bighorn are fast, agile, and beloved by Texas hunters.

Table sponsors at this level get eight dinner seats, a gift giveaway, and swag bags.

JAVELINA

$100 INDIVIDUAL

Javelina are as well-known by hunters as any animal here in Texas.

These tickets are for individual seats at the dinner.
